The HOA manages and maintains shared community spaces, enforces neighborhood rules (CC&Rs), oversees improvement projects, and ensures the overall upkeep and value of the community.

Dues are paid annually due by June 30. They can be paid using our online portal or a check can be made out to “Kings Gate West HOA” and given to our treasurer, Shaun Reddy.

Dues vary by yearly and typically cover landscaping, amenity maintenance, common area repairs, insurance, and administrative costs. Please check Meeting Minutes and the latest Newsletter for the most current cost.

Any exterior changes—like painting, fencing, or major landscaping—require approval through the Architectural Review Committee (ARC). Use the Contact form to submit your request.
